It is possible to make a return or possibly change a size for all items purchased on the pellecchia.it website, choosing to deliver the item to the store or directly to your home by courier. As established by the reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the items are intact and never used. Returned items that are not in the same condition in which they were received will not be accepted for any reason. Any return requests for swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) will be refused. The shipping cost, as well as any customs charges for the return, will be charged to the customer and will be deducted from the purchase value, except for defective items or errors in sending the products by Pellecchia Store.
