All our payments are secure and guaranteed. Pellecchia.it offers a wide range of payment methods. The financial information of customers purchasing on the Pellecchia website (credit card number, credit card expiry date, and other personal data) will be processed exclusively by Nexi S.p.A. and will never be held or known by Pellecchia.

CREDIT CARD

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express credit cards are accepted, with the additional guarantee of Mastercard Securecode and Verified by VISA services.
When purchasing, enter your credit card details into a secure electronic banking system.
It is also possible to pay by credit card through the Stripe platform: it is easy, secure, you can save your card and pay with one click (see dedicated section).

PAYPAL

By choosing the Paypal payment method, the customer can pay directly through their Paypal account. The seller reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the Paypal verified account. Furthermore, we wish to remind our customers that the seller may ask their bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, including by contacting the customer's bank.

SCALAPAY

With Scalapay, you have the possibility, flexibility, and great advantage of making purchases by paying in 3 convenient installments without additional interest. The first payment will be made when the order is confirmed, while the other 2 will be debited every 30 days from a debit or credit card of your choice.

CASH ON DELIVERY (Italy only)

On Pellecchia.it, you can also pay cash on delivery (for orders up to €500.00), at a cost of €3. At the time of delivery, you will need to have the exact amount of your order in cash. The courier does not accept bank checks and/or postal money orders, does not have a POS, and cannot give change.
If customers refuse delivery and/or do not collect the order after the courier's attempts, they will be added to our blacklist and will no longer be able to purchase from our site.
Remember that for any refund, you must have a bank or postal current account.

BANK TRANSFER

On Pellecchia.it you have the option to pay for your order via bank transfer. During checkout, select the bank transfer payment method and after completing the order, you will receive an email with the bank details to make the payment. The goods will be set aside for a maximum of 2 working days and the order will be shipped only after payment has been received.
