GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Products purchased on Pellecchia.it are sold directly by Pellecchia srl, an Italian company, with registered office at Aniello Palumbo n.160, VAT number 06170981218.
The offer and sale of products on the Pellecchia.it website are governed by the following general conditions of sale.
The general conditions of sale may be periodically updated based on current legislation; those published on Pellecchia.it and accepted at the time of checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before making a purchase, the seller is exempted from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors related to the data provided at the time of entry. In case of discrepancy between the Italian and English versions of the regulations, the Italian version shall prevail.
PURCHASE METHODS
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed with one or more images and the essential characteristics (e.g., color, size, unit price).
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Pellecchia.it may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Pellecchia.it is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.
Thanks to the WISHLIST function, it is possible to create a list of favorite items during shopping, which will then be stored in a reserved space, with the possibility to review them whenever desired. Once selected, it will be sufficient to add the products from the list directly to the cart.
The products offered for sale and their price are those indicated on Pellecchia.it. If the products are not available at the time of the order, the corresponding size will not be displayed. Some products are one-size-fits-all.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by different customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
The seller may change the products offered for sale and their price at any time and without prior notice. Ordered products remain the property of Pellecchia.it until full payment of their price is received.
PRODUCT PRICE
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
Shipping costs are indicated before payment.
In the event of fraudulent purchases and/or pricing errors, Pellecchia reserves the right to cancel the order and/or partially or fully refund any amount paid by the customer.
ORDERS
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal customer account ("register for free"). Alternatively, it is also possible to proceed as a guest.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website.
The purchase of products offered for sale on Pellecchia.it can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf. Pellecchia reserves the right not to fulfill orders from subjects other than "consumers" as natural persons or, in any case, orders that do not comply with its commercial policy. The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Pellecchia.it is prohibited.
The seller reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders and the right to modify and/or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., fraudulent purchase, unavailability, order submission error, defective items, incorrect customer data, etc.).
Cancellation will be followed by a refund of the amount spent (partial or total) which will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon completion of the purchase, the customer receives confirmation of the ordered product and the amount paid or to be paid, including the product price and any shipping and payment costs.

Pellecchia.it accepts the following payment methods:
- credit cards from the following circuits: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express;
- PayPal;
- Google Pay, Apple Pay;
- installment payment (with Klarna);
- cash on delivery (Italy only).

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Products are delivered by courier to the address indicated by the customer. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping in Italy is at the customer's expense, except for promotions or thresholds that provide for free delivery. In some remote areas, costs may increase or shipping may become impossible. Some promotions may apply exclusively in Italy; in case of doubt, please contact customer service.
